This 3 day course provides the practitioner with clinically based skills in the management of women suffering from gynaecological conditions, chronic pelvic pain, as well as conditions arising during the post-natal period.
Topics are focussed on enhancing the practical osteopathic skills and the anatomical and physiological knowledge associated with women’s health issues.
We will take an integrative approach to osteopathic treatment including management strategies aimed at relieving lymphatic stasis, vascular congestion and endocrine disturbances.
Treatment procedures include Balanced Ligamentous Tension, Muscle Energy Technique, Myofascial Release and Osteopathy in the Cranial Field.
